Preparation: 1. Combine: Soften cream cheese and honey goat cheese at room temperature. 2. Mix-ins: Stir in lemon juice, 1/4 cup chopped pecans, 1/4 cup chopped cranberries, salt, and pepper. 3.Shape: Use cling wrap to form the mixture into a ball. Chill for at least an hour or up to two days. 4. Coat: Finely chop the remaining pecans and cranberries. Roll chilled cheese ball in the mixture. 5.
