With just a few of our suggested special touches, you can elevate your tailgate beyond burgers and beers to make a memorable event with your friends and family.

TAILGATE BROWNIES

Serves: 8-12

Ingredients:

Peanut Butter Topping: 1 cup peanut butter

1 ¼ cups flour 1 teaspoon salt

1 cup unsalted butter (soft) 3 cups powdered sugar ½ teaspoon salt 2 Tablespoons milk 1 cup pretzels 1 cup potato chips ½ cup chocolate chips

2 Tablespoons cocoa 10 oz dark chocolate 2 sticks unsalted butter 2 cups sugar 5 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation: 1. Preheat oven to 350º 2. Butter a 9x13” baking pan. 3. Whisk together the flour, salt, and cocoa powder, set aside 4. Melt butter and chocolate over a bain marie or microwave (medium power, 30 second intervals) 5. Add the sugar, eggs, and vanilla, and whisk til fully combined 6. Add the flour mixture into the chocolate mixture, stir until fully combined 7. Pour into prepared pan, bake for 30 minutes 8. Allow to fully cool. 9. In a bowl, beat butter and peanut butter 10. Sift powdered sugar and stir in 11. Add salt and milk, beat to smooth out 12. Spread peanut butter over cooled brownies 13. Sprinkle with crushed-up pretzels and potato chips, top with chocolate chips 14. Cut into squares and enjoy!
