Courtesy of Chessies Wharf This festive cocktail combines the warmth of bourbon with spiced cider and a hint of bubbly Prosecco, making it the perfect holiday drink to toast the season.

Ingredients

1 oz Benchmark Bourbon 1 oz Evan Williams Spiced Cider 2 oz Apple Cider .50 oz Cinnamon Brown Sugar Syrup Prosecco

Preparation: In a cocktail shaker, combine your Benchmark Bourbon, Evan Williams Spiced Cider, apple cider, and cinnamon brown sugar syrup. Add ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to thoroughly chill the mixture. Strain the cocktail into a chilled glass, then gently top it off with a splash of Prosecco for a festive fizz. For a finishing touch, garnish with a cinnamon stick or a slice of apple if desired. Sip and enjoy this holiday-inspired drink that's perfect for any winter gathering. It’s imported from Ireland each year for the holiday season (October-January). Ingredients 2 oz Galway Bay Irish Eggnog Liqueur 1 oz DeKuyper Buttershots Butterscotch Schnapps Dash of Cardamom Bitters Preparation: Pour Galway Bay Irish Eggnog Liqueur and Buttershots Schnapps in a glass over ice.
