One thing we love here at Annapolis Moms is a DIY craft. What gives a DIY craft 5 gold stars in our book is when it’s super easy, quick to make (<30 min), accessible, low in cost, and looks expensive. Beth Kingston, craft expert on HSN who gets to play with paper and glue for a living (and an Annapolitan!), shares with us two fun Easter crafts that can be made with Dollar Tree items. The first is a beautiful Easter carrot wreath, which can be placed on your child’s door or any interior door. The wreath is made with carrots, recycled cardboard, orange paint, glue, and ribbon. Beth provides us with step- by-step directions, and also includes a free carrot wreath and price tag pattern. One modification you can make is instead of writing a price on the price tag, you can design the tag with your child’s name! The second is an adorable bunny topiary, which can serve as a centerpiece on a dining or entryway table. The topiary is made with a faux moss-covered bunny, terracotta pot, wooden dowel, foam, paper shred, white and brown paint, ribbon, and glue. Why make only one, when you can make a fluffle at different heights? (Fluffle is not a typo - it's a term to describe a group of bunnies!)

These two DTDIYs are just the beginning of all the crafty possibilities you can make for the Easter holiday. Now get crafting!
