I am super excited because this is 20 years since Crownsville State Hospital was closed. Since then, I have been working to identify the names of the people in the cemetery at the state hospital; there are no names on the grave markers, only numbers. ... I started an organization called Friends of the Crownsville Patient Cemetery. And we, myself and a bunch of volunteers, found the names of every person buried there. There are 1727 people buried there, from 26 states in the US, Africa, Cuba, Santo Domingo, and England. We are proud of our work.

Charting Careers provides long-term mentoring, education, and family wraparound support to over 70 Annapolis youth and 35 parents facing inequities. We also offer 30+ parents and 60 children case management support through our Community Impact Specialists and career exploration to 280 middle-schoolers through our Career Days! Through these programs, we experience the joy of trusted relationships and a supportive community.
