Sometimes, the best resources are the ones we have yet to find, and they are located right under our noses! Residents of Anne Arundel County are eligible to take advantage of many local community resources. Check out the following programs to see if they fit you and your family well.

4 2 Early Childhood Special Education programs help to provide intensive instruction in small classes with a special education teacher, teacher assistant, and speech language pathologist. Children between the ages of 3-5 years old with moderate to severe delays are eligible for this program. +1 (443) 458-8982 RESTORATIVE INTERVENTIONS AND SUPPORTS FOR ELEMENTARY STUDENTS (RISE) Therapeutic Interventions and Supports for Elementary Students is a short-term placement that responds to the complex needs of elementary students exhibiting behaviors that impede their ability to focus and thrive in school. This includes therapeutic and academic assistance that supports elementary students' academic progress and social-emotional well-being. +1 (410) 760-7900 MARYLAND CHILD FIND Child Find services are available to children between the ages of 3-5 with learning disabilities who would benefit from additional support to enhance their developmental functions. These services are provided at home and in community-based and school-based settings. +1 (410) 424-3280 MARYLAND INFANTS AND TODDLER PROGRAMS (ITP) The Infants and Toddlers Program (ITP) is a family-centered program that provides support and services to infants and toddlers (between the ages of birth and two years old) with delays or disabilities to help them become prepared for school.
