Looking to host your own St. Paddy’s Day fun or just want to celebrate at home? These festive cocktail recipes are photo-worthy and the perfect way to amp up the fun! Grab your Irish Whiskey and shamrocks, we’re going for the gold! Irish Forest Fizz The herbal notes from the Chartreuse and mint, along with the zesty lemon and fizzy club soda, make this a great refreshing drink for St. Patrick’s Day.
Ingredients: 2 ounces Irish whiskey (Jameson or Powers)
1/2 ounce green chartreuse 1 ounce fresh lemon juice 1/2 ounce simple syrup Club soda Fresh mint leaves Lemon wheel for garnish
Preparation: 1. Muddle mint leaves in a shaker with simple syrup (just like a mojito) 2. Add Irish whiskey, green chartreuse, and lemon juice 3. Fill with ice and shake well 4. Strain into a highball glass with ice 5. Top with club soda and garnish with a lemon wheel and mint sprig Where to get Green Chartreuse: Bay Ridge Wine and Spirits in Annapolis.
