It's a Feel-Good Thing: Renting a home helps accommodate the influx of visitors, contributing to the success of the week’s events and supporting the broader USNA community. 5. Lastly, some words of advice, be honest and respectful . Property owners, don’t misrepresent your property online. For example, I saw a home listed as located in “West Annapolis,” when it was not. Also, make sure your property looks like the photos you used in your ad. Renters, this is someone’s home. Treat it better than you would treat your own home. If they say no parties, that means no parties. And if you break something, own up to it and replace it. Bottom line: This should be a win for everyone.
